Sports Wales Have provided funding for Air Rifles, Equipment and Tutor Training. This is to introduce the activity to youngsters with the hope of educating and potentially identify future Olympic Candidates.
Welsh Target Shooting Federation Limited (WTSF)
The WTSF is the co-ordinating body for shooting facility development as well as being the nominating body for the Olympics and the Commonwealth Games shooting teams. The member bodies of the WTSF are;
- Welsh Airgun Association (WAA),
- Welsh Clay Target Shooting Association (WCTSA),
- Welsh Rifle Association (WRA)
- Welsh Small-bore Rifle Association (WSRA).
Welsh Airgun Association (WAA)
Brecknock Area Scouts are affiliated to WAA to allow definition as a shooting club eligible for funding and competition entry.
